We got to the beach, and I immediately went to the water. Kip wanted to find a bathroom and said he would meet up with me and headed down the boardwalk.
From where we are in the slip, we kept noticing dinghies going by, but we weren't sure where they were ending up. On the walk back we found the dingie dock, so Kip had to take pictures.
There is a wind advisory today and the waves are quite big.
Not many shells, but I picked up some garbage along the way.
Kip found this by the water. So sweet!
On the walk back we saw this tree and a couple of ladies took our picture
(We took theirs too, of course).
Once we got back to the boat, we sat and read. The wind kept getting stronger and stronger and the sky was getting darker and darker. Some people came into the gas dock, and they needed help just to get the boat off of the dock (and one banged into the dock pretty hard).
We emailed our friends still on the mooring ball in Stuart, and they are bouncing around like crazy! Kip and I sat on the gas dock and got some pictures of the incoming storm.
During the storm, we played a game of Rubbikub. Once the storm was over, the winds calmed down and there was a nice, cool breeze. Kip washed off the boat while I made supper (spaghetti, toast, and strawberries and ice cream for later).
We are tucked in, will watch "Blue Bloods" and call it a night.
