 Thursday

We went up to the marina and cancelled our snorkeling event due to an unplanned trip to Marathon to take care of some things in the morning.

In the afternoon Kip went to the beach and went snorkeling, and I ended up sleeping until 5:00 (didn't feel good).  We had a very quiet evening and tucked into bed really early.

Friday

Much better day today.  The sun is shining, and the temperature is 75 degrees.  We had breakfast, sat around for a while, and then went to the beach.  We read and Kip napped and went snorkeling.  A lady started pointing at a black spot in the water, and it was a stingray.  Kip went over and took a video - he was about five feet away from it.

We stayed there until around 3:00 p.m. when the clouds and wind rolled in.

We went back to the boat and sat outside until it got too cold.  Then we cleaned up all of our beach gear and went to the old railroad bridge overlook to watch the sunset.  

After that, supper, which consisted of White Castle hamburgers and apple and Kip had White Castle hamburgers, apple, Mac & Cheese and a hotdog.  

Hopefully we can reschedule our snorkeling trip in the next few days.
