Jupiter from the water is amazing. The houses and landscaping are quite beautiful.
There are many boats here, and the Hobe Sound Preserve is a dinghy ride away. We anchored and took the dinghy to Hobe Sound, tied up on a mangrove tree, and walked the path to the beach. We spent just a short time walking around, and then went back to the boat.
We swam for a while and then sat and read and watched the world (and boats) go by. A huge 55+ footer came in to anchor, and he was using his thrusters to move around. When he dropped anchor, he barely let any line out, so they kept floating away. It took them quite a while, but they finally got safely anchored. We are guessing it is his first boat, or first time on that boat. They have many people aboard and they seem like they are having a great time, especially the kids.
While swimming, Kip took a scraper and tried to scrap the barnacles and other growths off of the bottom of the boat, but it wasn't coming off. We will have to either hire a diver to clean it or try and clean it ourselves when we take the boat out of the water.
Kip made steak, corn, and fruit for supper. After supper, we waited until low tide, and went back to Hobe Sound beach and walked around again. It is really amazing how much the color of the water changes when we go to other locations.
Pictures of Kip's Ahoy taken from the Hobe Sound path and from the shore.

Looks like an amazing, relaxing, and beautiful day! Lovely pictures.
