We met Doug and Gwen at Maria's in Stuart for breakfast. After breakfast we unmoored and tried to make it through the open bridges, but we missed it by 2 minutes. So, we tooled around for a half hour until it opened again.
We are going to Jupiter to anchor out for a few days. After about a 3- 1/2 hour ride, we arrived. We anchored in the spot that has the sandbar that goes across the intracoastal, almost to the buoy. We took the dinghy and found the path to Blowing Rock Preserve. We walked around there for a while and then returned to the boat. Kip wanted to have lunch at the sandbar, so we made lunch and dinghied over to the sandbar. The water here is a beautiful blue color. I wish we could scoop some up and bring it home to show the kids, but that doesn't work.
Can you see me in these pictures? I have a white shirt on.
Kip is pointing to our boat. It is the tiny boat between all of the big boats!
Kip's previous boss said that he looks like David Letterman now. What do you think?
We played dominoes and listened to the Minnesota Wild hockey game. It is really dark here except for some lights on the houses in the area. There is a nice breeze, so sleeping will be really comfortable.

Kip is better looking than Letterman!
