Seville Harbour Marina, Florida

Kip was up early and took some sunrise pictures.  It should be a mostly sunny day with temps in the mid-60s.

We had a quick breakfast, packed all of our stuff, and called an Uber to take us to Pensacola Beach (which is about 10 miles by car).  We thought about biking, but we had too much to carry (chairs, food, books, water, Diet Coke, etc.) and the Uber driver said it wasn't safe in some areas because traffic is horrible.

The beach was beautiful.  Kids were playing in the sand and in the water, people were body surfing.  It was fun to watch.  The tide is high, so shelling was not that great.  I walked the shore while Kip relaxed listening to music and enjoying the view and sunshine.

We stayed at the beach until around 4:00 p.m., then we called another Uber to take us back to the marina.  We needed to get a few items (chips), so we biked to the Publix store a few miles away.  The neighborhood is so nice with quaint, very old houses and gazebos, many of them had Christmas lights and other decorations.

On our bike ride back to the marina, as it was dark, we stopped at the Nothing Bundt Cakes and purchased a small Strawberry Cream Bundt Cake for dessert.  I could not tell you exactly what turns we took, but Kip seemed to know them by heart.  I asked him if, in a previous life, he lived here.  He just laughed.  All I know is we need to get some bike lights if we plan on biking in the future!

We got back to the boat and ate supper (leftovers).  Kip checked the solar panel charge, and it was low.  He couldn't figure out why, but eventually determined that the sun came up and started charging, stopped because the kayak was in the way of the solar panel, and it didn't get direct sunlight.  So, he took out an ancient battery charger and plugged the solar panel in to charge it up.

Not sure what we are going to do tomorrow, but that's the fun of it!
