First stop is Golf N Gator. We started with 18 holes of mini golf. Mike, Ashley, and Claire each got a hole-in-one (Mike got more than one)
.
Natalie did a great job, and she usually picked the golf ball up and moved it to a better spot! Nice thinking Natalie!
We took a short break and then went to feed the alligators. We used wooden poles with a bobby pin on the line. Then we poked slices of hotdogs on the bobby pin and let the baby alligators pull and tug.
Next, Kip's favorite! The snakes, spiders, turtles, and other creepy crawly animals (not Ashley's favorite).
It didn't take long to change and jump in the pool. The girls were entertained by throwing sinking gem water toys into the pool and retrieving them. Claire was even able to grab them from the deep end (5 feet). As you would expect, there were Kip antics involved: spinning Claire in the donut, jumping through the donut, running into the water and then jumping through the donut onto a boogie board, etc. Ashley and I were "ponies" giving the girls bucking bronco rides on our backs!
We stopped for snacks throughout the day and eventually Mike took us back to the boat. Kip and I took a 15-minute nap (😴) and started supper. Kip bought charcoal for the grill at the end of the dock, but it takes 30 minutes to cook the meat (instead of 10). He gets an "A" for Effort! We eventually had supper, watched "Blue Bloods", ate ice cream, and were in bed by 10:00.
