We woke up at 5:15 a.m., got dressed, and drove to Jensen Beach for the sunrise Easter service. We grabbed our chairs found a spot on the beach facing the ocean. It is windy and cool this morning, but people showed up in droves.
The service lasted an hour, and then we stopped at the Lure for breakfast. It was really good, especially since we didn't have any coffee yet and we were getting headaches.
Back at Stuart, we went to park and noticed that the farmer's market was not being held today, probably because of Easter. We went back to the boat, napped, and read. Kip took pictures of dolphins swimming by the boat.
At 2:00 went back to shore for the jazz concert. Hawk Hurricane and the Invaders performed until 4:00 p.m. People were dancing and just hanging out, buying food and drinks from a food truck, enjoying the day. An elderly couple began to dance, and you could tell that they have spent many years dancing together. Later, the band played a jazz song about strolling home only to you (I didn't catch the name). This elderly couple danced on the side of the stage, away from most people, totally wrapped around each other, looking at each other like there was nobody else in the world. It brought tears to my eyes.
We went back to the boat and had dinner (tuna sandwiches, apples, chips, soup). Then we went back to the marina to watch the outside movie. Tonight, they are showing Fablemans, a Spielburg movie. After the movie started the marina had pizza delivered. Very nice!
We got back to the boat around 10:45, which is late for us. Tomorrow the waves on the ocean are going to be huge, so Kip wants to go and check them out (not swim in them, just see them).

You certainly had a beautiful Easter. You two are amazing! From, Renee
